Bookings can be cancelled or changed online up to 48hours in advance of your visit with no extra charge.

If you fail to adhere to the cancellation policy as stated under the T&C's your payment method may be charged the remaining balance of your booking amount. Prices are guidelines only and can vary depending on the staff member and the service performed in the salon.

We totally understand wanting a bit of moral support, but due to space and keeping the salon calm and comfy for all, we kindly ask that you come solo unless otherwise agreed beforehand.

Yes – for certain treatments like tinting, lash lifts, and semi-permanent makeup, we’ll need to do a patch test at least 24 - 48 hours before your appointment. It’s super quick and helps us keep you safe.

Just come comfy! For waxing, spray tans and facials, we’ll provide towels and privacy to get you relaxed and ready.
